I like how Hazuki taught Asahi about family. She never outright compared her love toward others but taught him that there are many forms of love. That was a good one.

What a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad we got to see another episode of Kiyoka and Sayo. This was such a heartwarming episode to watch and it was great to see them being lovey-dovey. It is just too bad that Tsuruki had to interrupt their kiss.

I'm surprised Hazuki's ex-husband was the commander who's name I have forgotten. What a plot twist lol. It was nice to see them being so cordial but if I remember correctly, they didn't separate because they fell out of love so it's a little sad to watch.

It's also sad to learn Hazuki only gets to her son once a month, that's way too long, poor boy must be missing his mother all the time.

I thought Sayo asked Kiyoka to bend down the second time so she could kiss him but I guess that would be too soon for her to start initiating lol. Kiyoka seemed to imply that's what he was expecting. It was still very sweet nevertheless, I couldn't help but smile at how adorable that scene was. That must be the best start of the day for Kiyoka.

I can't wait for the second season, I hope the date of the airing gets announced soon. I want to see more Kiyoka and Sayo.

That opening is so gorgeous. I love Miyo and her purity. Angelic. So happy just to simply see her smile & speak her mind without fear. Lord Kudo is the man & I'm grateful his sister has been such a positive guiding light. Miyo almost broke into tears upon hearing her day she was precious family & that was enough for me (I was sternly waiting for that little bugger Asahi to apologize). May she never suffer another cruelty as long as she lives. In anime's name we pray. ♡
